Write-in Michael on your Democratic Primary Ballot on or before Sept 1st.



Because Michael is the best candidate to take on Rep. Crocker head-to-head on the Nov. 3rd Ballot. Writing in Michael’s name is the first step to bringing about a new agenda of opportunity and inclusion.



  • Make a plan to write-in Michael: Choose how you want to vote in the Democratic Primary - In person or mail-in ballot

  • Mark your calendar: The last day to register to vote and/ or change party enrollment for the State Primary is Saturday, August 22, 2020.

  • Make it happen: There are three ways you can vote for Michael by writing in his name on or before September 1st. Choose one and make a plan!

Vote Early between August 22-28:

In Person Early Voting prior to State Primary between Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020 – Friday, Aug. 28, 2020

Barnstable Voters: Vote early at the Barnstable Adult Community Center - 825 Falmouth Rd, Hyannis. When you check-in at the first table, be sure to request a Democratic Ballot.

  • Saturday, August 22 & Sunday, August 23 from 8 AM to 1 PM Monday 
  • August 24 – Friday, August 28 – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Yarmouth Voters: Yarmouth Precincts 5 & 6 - Early Voting will be held at the Yarmouth Town Hall during the following times:

  • Saturday, August 22, 2020 and Sunday August 23, 2020 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Monday August 24, 2020 to Friday August 28, 2020 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM


Vote at the Polls on Sept, 1: 

Check on your Polling place here. Mark your calendar, set an alarm! Know where to vote! When you check in at your Polling Place on Tuesday, September 1 between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, be sure to request a Democratic Ballot.

  1. Write in Michael Mecenas in the write-in space.
  2. Fill in the oval to the right.
  3. Remember State Representative is the same Office as Representative in General Court. Take a photo with your phone of this sample to refer to in the Voting booth.
