To run as your candidate was an honor. I remain humbled by the generous support from across the Second Barnstable District. Thank you for donating your time, talent and treasure and for sharing your concerns, hopes and dreams.
We accomplished so much during this campaign; we built bridges and invited voices, that were previously not invited, to the table. I will forever be grateful for the countless conversations along the way and for those that are yet to be.
Equity, diversity, inclusion, justice, science and kindness are calling us onward. Together. We can continue to build that brighter future for all by encouraging voter registration and by making our own plans to vote by mail, early or at the polls on November 3rd.
If you know someone who isn’t registered to vote, contact them today - it only takes 3 minutes to register online!
While the campaign has been suspended, we know that we can’t slow down. Staying engaged is important; we cannot afford for anyone to believe that their voice, and vote, doesn’t matter. It does. And it will matter on November 3rd when we elect candidates up and down the ballot that believe in the same values and ideals we lifted up.
